I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your artwork, I offer a 14-day return policy.
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Artwork must be in original condition and packaging
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact me via the contact form
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the artwork back in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or commissioned artwork
- Artwork that has been damaged after delivery
- Items returned after 14 days
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund.
